Hydrogen Cell Car to be Leased for 20 Years

A new hydrogen city car has been designed by the students and professors of Oxford and Cranfield Universities and at the moment it is just a design. The design has been left half complete and the open source community has been given the opportunity to complete the project. The project is available online for all those cool geeks to complete.
