HHO fuel cell technology is one of the most debated topics when it comes to how the systems work. On one side of the aruments are the critics who simply state that this technically cannot work, other then the fact that HHO generators are running on thousands of automobiles as we speak. On the other end of the spectrum are the ones who really don’t know how HHO fuel cell technology works or doesn’t work as long as it delivers gas savings.
